Project 30 - Day 1

So, as much as I'd like to do it, Project 365 is a bit much for me. The idea of taking, saving, and uploading, a picture a day for a year is a bit overwhelming. However, a month I can do. So, this is my day one of Project 30.


I made a coffee cake in a mug using a recipe off of Pinterest in honor of getting my account and in order to munch on it while I write my English paper.

January 16: Day 12

Though a month later than it's usually hosted, our homeschool group still had its Winter Ball. The decorations consisted of a lot of hanging snowflakes, some Christmas trees, and cotton "snow." Despite the lack of realism, it was still very pretty and I had a good time.

January 15: Day 11

I forgot to take a picture...

January 14: Day 10

I forgot to take a picture until I was already in bed. Here's my Top 25 playlist on ITunes that I was listening to as I fell asleep. I think the circumstances combined with the song currently playing in the picture rather describes how I felt upon realizing I had forgotten to get out my camera earlier.

January 13: Day 9

I made cookies today. They actually came out well, for which I was pleased. I hope they taste as good as they look. I haven't tried them yet--I was too interested in getting a picture.

January 12: Day 8

My sister and her very evil cat. He was not pleased to be visiting today. I'm honestly still amazed that she didn't get torn to shreds, but he apparently knows better than to mess with her.

January 11: Day 7

A fail attempt at photography using the disks from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which I was listening to at the time. The guy who reads the books is fantastic.
